+1 for the Copperhill tools. I had tried the premade swabs (very expensive) and I could never get acceptable results. I realy like the strips that are wrapped around the wand, very easy to manage and much cheaper, too. The directions and online tutorial are very detailed and if you follow them, you should do well. I am not that mechanically inclined so If I can do it, anyone can.
