I have the wifi enabled connection between my iPhone and the Canon EOS 80D, and I want to include GPS locational data within the image metadata. I keep getting a message saying that this feature is not available, but on the Canon IOS app, it shows a locational data option (grayed out).
If I record the data manually on my GPS and then edit the Canon image, there is no means to add the Lat/Long to the image metadata.
Why can the camera read the iPhone data ... if Canon neglected to include GPS in the 80D (my Panasonic point and shoot has GPS capability)?
How can it be included in metadata?
Thanks
