Help, cannot access my menu or my view screen on my EOS Rebel T7

I cannot access my menu or my view screen on my canon eos rebel t7 . Everything else seems to work but these two screens!! Can some please help me with this so I can use my camera again?

Hi and welcome to the forum:
Once the camera is turned on have you tried tapping the DISP button? If not, this may resolve your issue, if you don't see what you expect tap the button repeatedly until you do

Thanks for responding promptly. Has anything occurred or changed with the camera since it was last working? New cards, batteries, etc.
If not, I suggest removing the card and lens, (put the body cap on though), remove the battery and leave for a few hours. Then put them back in again and see if that has any effect.

I left the battery out for 4 hours n still nothing.

I think the next step is to contact Canon Tech support: 800-OK-CANON at this point. Have a talk to them.
