Got a 64g extreme pro in a t4i, is it ok to use fat32 format?

Exfat won't work in ipad, reformatted fat32 works fine in sd reader on ipad3 ,64gb extreme pro .

You should format your card in camera. The camera will automatically format it as FAT for card that is less than 128Gb.
