Getting error message when downloading images from my Canon 5D Mark iii into my Mac Yosemite 10.10

I am getting an error message when trying to download images through Canon Utilities with my Canon 5D Mark ii into my Mac laptop with Yosemite 10.10.4.

I never had any problems downloading images with my Canon 5D Mark ii.

Please help!

Try a card reader instead of using just the 5d2.

Thank you for everyone's replies.  I contacted Canon and they sent me a link from their website to download updated EOS Utility software.  It works like a charm now! 🙂

That is good but remember a card reader will work with any OS if this ever happens again.
