I am pretty disapointed in this business practice. It caused me to order direct and cancel an order that I had on Amazon for over a month. Now I lost my place in line.
Normal has been turned on its' head in 2020. I would prefer to order it from Canon than some retailer in the Amazon Marketplace, although Amazon themselves is a factory authorized dealer. While you can order from Amazon, they can and will substitute a different vendor to supply and fill your order. Read the fine print.
