EOS Rebel T7: Stopped auto focusing in basic modes

My camera has all the sudden stopped auto focusing in basic modes so I’ve started manually focusing it and they look fine until I go download them on my phone. Today I shot in view shooting mode and they once again looked completely fine until I downloaded them to my phone. They are super pixelated and I don’t understand what’s going on please help me

Are you using an app to download to the phone, if so, which one and how are you transferring? It could be altering your images.
