EOS Rebel T7 Adequate for Macro Photography Video?

Hey everyone! I am in the niche of aquarium photography and I tend to photograph very small creatures like dwarf shrimp. (See my post history if you're curious about the scale). If you have experience with the T7, do you think it would be adequate for my uses? I'm filming for YouTube and am willing to invest in a macro lens. Thanks!

Do you currently have the camera or are you looking at purchase? What is your budget?
