EOS Rebel T3i randomly beeping

hello! i have an eos rebel t3i and i cannot get the beep to turn off. if disabled it, enabled it, disabled again, nothing turns it off and its so annoying. its about 10 years old, so i dont know if its just been through it, but if anyone knows how i can fix this please let me know!

What kind of beep is it. Is it a continuous beep or does it only beep when the picture is in focus.
