EOS R8 Is lack of in-body image stabilization an issue?

Is the R8 lack of in body image stabilization really an issue if your using cannon lenses with image stabilization built in?

I plan on doing both stills and video to be used on social media

With in-body IS like the EOS R6/R6 Mk2 have then you get extra stabilisation effect as the in-body and lens IS systems work together. For video this can be quite a valuable advantage to have a camera with in-body IS. 

The reality is that lens IS generally is better at stabilising angular movement, while in-body IS is better at stabilising shift movement where the camera is moved left/right or up/down. Also for longer lenses, in-lens stabilisation is generally better, while standard and wide-angle focal length lenses are better stabilised by in-body IS.
