EOS R7 compatibility with Sigma 150-600mm lens

I'm thinking of purchasing the EOS R7 and was wondering if the Sigma 150-600mm EF mount lens would work with the adapter?

You should only use a Canon mount adapter.  I would expect it to work just as well as it would on an APS-C DSLR camera body, if not better.  It works just fine on my R6 mark II.
