I'm looking into buying an R6 and someone is selling one with a defect. When the camera is turned on, the red led (read/write) turns on and stays on permanently. The seller has done very little diagnostics so I was just wondering what the options would be and whether it would be wise for me to buy it since its discounted to about 700 euro's. There is no display output on the evf or screen when the camera is turned on.

Don’t buy a broken camera.

Agree. Don't do it. 😯
Buy refurbished or used ONLY from a Canon authorized dealer. You want a warranty, and right to return.
