EOS R6 - SD Card reader not working

Hey everyone,

I have a Canon EOS R6 (not the mkII), and the second SD card slot (Slot 2) has stopped reading memory cards. I’ve tested multiple cards (which work in other devices and in Slot 1), cleaned the slot carefully, reset the camera settings, and updated the firmware. Nothing appears visibly damaged, and the prongs look fine, but Slot 2 still won’t recognize any card.

I've had this camera for a little while now and now I have no clue what to do. I'm a student so I can't really afford costly repairs so would anyone know an estimate to fix this or would canon even be able to fix this because my camera is outdated?

Thanks everyone

Are these Full Sized cards or Micro SD Cards in an adapter. Are they know good name brand cards or knock off cards.

Bodies: EOS 5D Mark IV
Lenses: EF Holy Trinity, EF 85mm F/1.8 USM
Speedlites: 420EX, 470EX-AI, 550EX & 600EX II-RT

Full sized one is from Lexar and the rest are from Sandisk.

Where were these cards purchased a reputable source, Amazon, or any other type of online marketplace.

All from amazon

We’ve seen counterfeit cards from Amazon on this forum before. Amazon IS NOT a reputable source for SD Cards. B&H Photo for instance is a reputable source. So I’d source another SD Card from a reputable company to see if it works correctly.

I also went to a camera repair shop and they used their cards and it still didn't work.
