We do nighttime auto racing photography, mostly with the 7D Mark II at 1/250th second synch and a Norman 400B battery portable strobe. This is a manual strobe that requires a synch cord connection. We're considering the purchase of an R7 (for the high-speed synch) or an R6II for next season. The AD-E1 adapter does not appear to have a PC port. Does Canon make a multi-function shoe to PC synch cord adapter? Thank you.

The Canon OA-2 DOES NOT have a PC cord connector. The thing on the front is a Canon TTL connector.
Here are two PC adapters that also convert flash trigger voltage down to 6 volts:
