Hello!!
I have a 3 month old EOS R50 Canon Camera. The viewfinder stopped working this morning, as in, is black. Now I’ve accidentally also turned off the screen (use viewfinder only setting) when I was trying to fix it. So now my screen and viewfinder are black. Is there any way to turn this back on without using the screen and viewfinder? Or maybe reset the whole camera.
thanks so much,
many thanks from a girl in huge distress 🙂

I would reset the camera back to factory default including the custom functions. The menu system should always be available. If not something is wrong with the camera.
