EOS R50 RAW images noisy and not sharp

g_khajanchi

Hi, I am shooting photos in only RAW format with Canon EOS R50, but there is noise in the photo and not sharpness.

Any other function settings are needed only for the RAW format, so that the photos do not contain noise and maintain sharpness.

Personally, I need to see an example of your issue to better understand it.  Could you share a sample of RAW file on public sharing service like Dropbox, OneDrive, GoogleDrive, etc.?

But how to find / justify temperature in DSLR

With Exiftool.

Noise is not visible in the photo when zooming in DSLR, but the same file in laptop shows noise.

Looks like you selected Manual exposure setting. Did you adjust one of the variables (Tv, Av or ISO) to center the exposure meter? As Peter said, the ones I sampled were all underexposed. If you boost the exposure on an underexposed image you will get noise.

Use Program mode and see what your results are.

What software are you using to display the photo on the laptop? If you were to use the Canon DPP software, then the photo would look nearly the same on the computer as on the camera. The camera does noise reduction before displaying the photo unless you have turned off noise reduction in the camera.

I am use Canon DPP software but not support to EOS R50, showing error. And currently use Adobe Photoshop 2022
