EOS R5 and AF Eyes in Servo Mode

I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong but if I have AF+Eye Detect selected then eye detect works in Single Shot mode but doesn't in Servo mode on my R5? When I switch to Servo, the little square around the eye disappears. How can I set the camera to use eye detect with the focus in servo mode?

Try going into the menus and resetting the camera back to factory defaults.
