Hello, on the firmware update page, there 11 other downloads beside the the one for version 1.8.1. Should they also be downloaded to the camera? Kinda confusing. Thanks!

Correct; that software is for macOS or Windows PCs. Firmware also has two versions since they are packaged up for both macOS and Windows. The actual firmware file is the same and that will be put onto your camera. But you'll need a computer running macOS for Windows to get the firmware ready for your camera.

The Support Page will be including all software and not just firmware. I only see two firmware downloads currently. Version 1.8.1 for macOS and version 1.8.1 for Windows.
