hi. i just moved to an R5 mk II. i have been using a d6 mk II. with 1.4 twleconverter and ef 100-400 4.5-5.6. is this lens and tweeconverter combination. compatible with the new R5 II using the EF to RF adaptor? i cannot find this info and don’t want to drop 3k on new glass if not necessary. thank you!

Yes it will work. It will require the EF teleconverter. It will go EF-RF Mount Adapter > Teleconverter > lens.
Bodies: EOS 5D Mark IV
Lenses: EF Holy Trinity, EF 85mm F/1.8 USM
Speedlites: 420EX, 470EX-AI, 550EX & 600EX II-RT
