Can I mail in my Eos R5 for service? the card slots are overheating camera and causes it to shut down prematurely with an inconsistent timer. This must obviously be software based or maybe hardware based issue? The camera can record longer than what's stated by canon without over heating after users taking out the SD cards and cfexpress cards and recoding externally. But either way I can't confidently use my gear not knowing what the outcome will be as a hybrid user please help with a solution or software/firmware update so we can do this with out recording externally.
