What types of photos do you wish to capture? And what is your budget?

My budget is 1500€ just for the camera and for the lens another 1000 to 1500 I want to take pictures from cars and landscape and maybe people with good quality

It sounds like a full frame camera will be more useful to you for those genres.   So would recommend at least the EOS R8.  In terms of a lens, it would be beyond your budget, but a very good lens would be the RF 24-70 f/2.8 L.

Less expensive would be the RF 24-105mm f/4L.  Not as wide of an aperture, but also more zoom range.
