EOS R10 Tips for Shooting at Night

Cantrell
Enthusiast

All,

We have permanent lights on our house.Took some pictures at night of the lights. One of the pictures was in the manual mode and the other two in the FV mode.

Yes, I have, and I am. Though I often forget about it until the next day.

Oh, and that page is from the R10 manual, so yes, the R10 has it. 8^)

Since I would guess the lights on your house are still there, you should be able to try it and compare.

Thanks for the clarification!  And it's okay to show off photos without it being a brag at all.  We have a section dedicated just to that, so I just wanted to know whether to move your post there or keep it here for advice.  You're good to go!

Danny,

I would prefer that the thread stay in this section. Hopefully, there will be additional comments and suggestions.

Thank You,

Reese Cantrell

Cantrell,

When you go to write a post, there's a bunch of little icons that run across the top of your posting box. One of those looks like a little camera. If you click on that, you can insert a picture from your computer directly into your post, instead of asking people to download something, that to them, is from an unknown source.

I agree, but did you look at the links? They are hosted on this site. I suspect he did that to get around the photo size limit.

Steve1,

Sorry I did not see the icons. I do not do a good job with the description before I posted the original post. Probably need to use this site more.

Cantrell,

That's ok. We all start new and learn things as we go along.
