WIth firmware 1.7 and the camera set to enable sensor cleaning at power-off (or set to enable which cleans at power on and off), the R runs cleaning when it's powered off and a LENS is detached or attached. I think this was a firmware bug introduced when support was added for the RF 600/800 lock ring position. Or was this added as a "feature" in 1.7 to try to ensure dust is removed from the sensor for every lens change?
