Bought a used EOS M50 but when i tried to connect to my Canon Connect App, it failed to detect.
On my camera setting, when i initiate the wifi connection via smartphone, it stucks at the page of search for access points forever. And when j try to connect via bluetooth, it stucks at pairing ( pairing in progress. Use canon app/ software on the smartphone to finish pairing)
Anyways, i have tried clearing the wifi settings multiple times but the issue still hasn’t resolved.
Need experts help to solve this issue #eosm50

You should fully reset the camera. It is a best practice to fully reset a used camera. You want to begin using the camera with all settings in a known state.
Set the shooting mode dial to P. Using a fully charged battery, you will need to walk through the entire menu system. Thid can take a while.
Walk through the entire menu system. Go into every setting. If any setting has a reset option, then use it. Make no exceptions, don’t skip anything.
This necessary exercise has two benefits. If will expose you to the camera features. Two, the User Guide will make more sense. What the manual describes will be what you see in the menus.
