Hello I bought a canon eos m200 from the content creator pack a few years ago. It recently started acting up, a random red frame appears and doesn’t let me take a photo, it won’t let me click any buttons the on the side (menu, record, info, gallery, etc.) and when i try using the camera connect app it has trouble connecting and i can’t see any photos i have taken. Is there a reason for this or something I can do. I tried removing the battery and nothing changed, i remove the sim and battery and leave it out for a while, and i’ve reset the whole camera when it does give me the chance to go to menu and it’s still the same. Please let me know or if it needs a professional look where could I go and how much would it cost? Please and Thank you!

Since everything you tried doesn't work it should be looked at by Canon. Register your product and set up a support request.

Call this number and they will tell you 1 (800) 652-2666. This is user forum and not Canon employees so we don't know but the person at that phone number will guide you.
