EOS 750D Turning on flash during live view

Is it possible to turn on the flash during live view on the Canon 750d?

Flash only provides a very short burst of light.  It wouldn't be able to provide continuous light so that you could see what it would look like when it fires.

Sure it's possible. Is that your only question?

Are you talking about the built-in flash, or an external flash? What is the make and model of the flash? 

If it's not a Canon EX-series flash, it will not fire when in Live View mode.
