I currently use a Canon 70D with a tokina 24-70mm F2.8 and a Canon 70-200mm USM f2.8 and plan to upgrade the camera body but I'm afraid the tokina might not work on the mirrosrless cameras while use the EF-RF adapter. I plan to upgrade to a R10 or R7, is there any more options or should I get a canon 24-70 if I upgrad?

Greetings ,
Between the R10 and R7, I would get the R7.
Given the lenses you own now, I would try to go for the R6 mk II if it was possible.
You could run into some performance issues with the tokina, regardless of the body you choose. I'm not very experienced with tokina products so I can't say how it might work. It could work just fine. If you're going to buy a mirrorless body, I would buy RF lenses moving forward. Even if you buy them used. Best overall compatibility.
Also worth noting, It's possible (just a rumor right now) that we may hear from sigma in February that they are going to be allowed to make RF lenses. This is only a rumor at this point.

I would agree with Rick as regards preferring EITHER version of the R6 over the R7 or R10, especially given that you have an existing investment in FF lenses. I have used multiple Canon EF lenses with no issues at all, included the EF 70-200 units. I have not used Tamron lenses with the R-series cameras, but have used Sigma EF lenses with absolutely no issues at all. As Rick also alluded to Sigma are rumored to be announcing RF lenses in February: SIGMA RF mount lens information finally coming in February 2024? [CR1] (canonrumors.com). My best suggestion is to take your Tamron lens to a Canon shop and ask if you can try out your lens via a Canon EF-RF adapter. Take a bunch of images at different settings and see how you find the results.
