I’m heading to a track meet this weekend and the most important races are happening after the sun goes down. I’m still learning the ins and outs of my camera because I’m still pretty new, but I’m using a Canon EOS 6D with a 70-200mm lens and am not sure the settings to use to get good, clear pictures of runners. Any suggestions would be appreciated

I want to make sure you're talking about the original EOS 6D NOT the EOS 6D Mark II I'm making sure. For now start out with the camera in P (Program) Mode with the ISO set to Auto. Since this is a Full Frame camera flash photography will require an external speedlite.
