So I am living in Dubai where temperatures can reach up to 50 degrees outside.
I am obviously having my camera in the house everyday, where there is low temps due to AC, so when I am taking it outside, both the lens and the camera internals are fogging up.
No matter how many times I wipe them, they still fog up. It has completely ruined 2 photo shoots of mine and it is super embarrassing.
Is there any hack in order to prevent this?

Wow, that's 122°F, crossphotos! So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon camera model and lens you're using. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

It is too hot! I am using a Canon 60D, and lens tends to be Sigma 17mm-70mm, Macro HSM by default.

I would put the camera in an insulated bag when it's in the house to reduce the temperature differential.
If you have a place where you can gradually acclimate the temperature, the should help with the fogging issue.

You can also try keeping dessicant in your sealed bag so that it lowers the amount of moisture in the camera.

A cold camera will condense moisture in the air outside, unless you seal the camera in a ziploc bag while inside, and don't remove it from the bag outside until it has warmed up to outdoor temperature. No two ways about it.
