EOS 5D Mark III stopped seeing card, OK in EOS 2000D

I don't know, maybe what I did was stupid, but I was using 64 gb cf SanDisk and 64 gb lexar SD cards in my 5d mark iii. I plugged in my lexar card to my ThinkPad via built-in card reader in my laptop and when I put it back to my camera it doesn't see it. I put it in my 2000d, formatted it and it works. But when I try to put it in 5d, still no good, doesn't even see it. Did someone have that problem? Other sd cards work just as fine.

Greetings,

If you can't get it to format in the 5D3, try formatting it on your PC as FAT16/32 OR exfat, then try it in the 5D3 again, and see if it will format.
