I have my 5D3 set to record to separate cards. I have #1 CF card set to sRAW & #2 SD set to RAW. I have Record Function set to Record separately, Playback set to card 2. I shot a wedding yesterday and imported both cards to a separate folder thru Adobe Bridge. During processing I noticed differences in dimensions in the same folder. The folder I imported from the CF card had both 5760x3840 & 2880x1920 images. Same thing for the folder with the images from the SD card. I haven't noticed this before & the only thing different I used was a Canon 24-105 F4L lens that I just got which shouldn't matter. I can put all the images in one folder and sort by dimensions and then move each size to another separate folder, which is a pain. Any suggestions on something to look for. Firmware version is 1.3.6. You're welcome, just glad I figured out the cause. The suggested resets would've worked, but now it's just a simple matter of changing and registering those 3 settings.
