EOS 5D Mark III compatibility with 24-70 mm lens

Hello I’m wanting to purchase 24-70 mm lens but I do own EOS 5D Mark iii. Will that be compatible or no? Please and thank you.

There is no mark III.

*Which* 24-70? An RF will be perfectly compatible, an EF will require an adapter, but still work fine.

Sorry, the RF 24-70 is NOT compatible and CANNOT be adapted to the 5DmarkIII.
