I own a CANON 200 D DSLR. Recently I am facing a problem with its built-in flash. The flash fires, but there is no light in the images. They turn out completely dark, except for the light light I get from the camera exposure settings. I have Reset the Flash settings and the Camera settings, but the issue is still there.
Please help..

I used the kit lens Canon EFS18-55 mm STM lens, a Canon EFS 24mm F2.8 and a Sigma 17-50 F 2.8 lens.
