Hi! I just got Canon EOS 2000D camera and I tried to connect it with my Android phone.
I followed the instructions I found on the internet, I enabled wifi connection on the camera - went to the Wi-Fi function/connect to smartphone/easy connection- and found the camera on my phone/entered the password (encryption key) and then I received a message on my phone that my camera does not have access to the internet.
Can you help me with this?
