I Have a second hand 1DX mkI which i purchased off a local and reputable local pro. I've been getting into night photography and want to play with long exposure but I cant get my camera into bulb mode. I have tried resetting to factory default, I have tried updating firmware, but I cant access bulb mode through any means recommended. when I cycle through "Mode" options I get: M, Tv CP1, Av and then back to M but no Bulb.
any help would be apprectiated!

You can restrict shooting modes under custom function settings. I donated my original 1DX to a deserving priest but I think it was in the same location as my 1DX III bodies which is in the third page of custom functions. Make sure that bulb hasn't been locked out under this custom function.
