Difference of EOS R5 MPN: 4147C002 and 4147C005

Looking for a EOS R5 mirrorless camera body, I found two different mpn: 4147C002 and 4147C005.  No where can it be found what is the difference between them.  Does anyone know the real difference?

4147C002 -> North America Warranty

4147C005 -> Gray Market/Imported (canon gear sold outside of North America)

Cameras are the same but have different warranty support

Much appreciated.  Amazon is selling the C002 model and walmart has the C005.  There is a $500 price difference between them.  With that Ill stick with the C002 North America model.

careful with buying from both amazon and walmart.  their items can be sold by 3rd party and you just don't want to deal with that uncertainty.  i mostly stick with b&h or adorama.  amazon is ok if it's sold/fulfilled by amazon.
