Color Space on M5

Hi - I can't seem to figure out whether my M5 uses sRGB or Adobe RGB and how to change between them. The manual seems to be silent on this.

Any advice? Thanks!

The manual does seem to be silent on this, so it is probably sRGB.

Thanks

You should be able to use some exif viewing software to see what profile is embedded:

M5/M6 are more like PoweShot than EOS.

For JPEG only sRGB is available. For raw files you can choose whatever you like.

Shoot Raw and set color space in Photoshop or use the free from Canon DPP4.

In DPP4 select the image that you want to change in the main window.
Select the desired color space from [Work color space] in the [Adjustment] menu. (Either [sRGB], [Adobe RGB], [Wide Gamut RGB], [Apple RGB], or [ColorMatch RGB].)

Depending on how you intend to use the photo, changing from sRGB to a higher CS setting may not make any difference or improvement.

EOS 1DX and 1D Mk IV and less lenses then before!

Thats what I will do. Thanks
