Change framerate/image size of HDMI video output on a Canon EOS R?

How do I change frame rate and image size of video from HDMI output? We are using a Canon EOS R to livestream. We connected the EOS R to a Blackmagic ATEM video switcher using the HDMI output port on the EOS R. We're running into some problems, and Blackmagic support said this is due to incompatible camera framerate and image size, which should be adjustable on the camera.How do I change frame rate and image size of video from HDMI output? I can't find such a menu/settings option anywhere.

It might be fixed. You may also have to be in vidtt egg o mode. If you can set the camera for “clean hdmi” output, then the option should appear, assuming that the ouuu to put is not fixed
