I'm trying to use my t7i + 18-200mm as a webcam with Canon Webcam Utility, and it won't autofocus, so my video is noticeably out of focus. I've set the AF to AI servo, and it still doesn't work. How do I get it to autofocus?
Thanks

First, why would you need any lens to be able to autofocus during a video web session? What are you doing?
Second, who made the lens? The WebCam Utility advises that the camera be placed in Move Mode, and many third party lenses are not fully compatible with Moive Servo AF on Dual Pixel AF sensor cameras. As a general rule, if it is not a Canon STM zoom, then you should assume that it is NOT fully compatible with Move Servo AF.

You're right, I didn't put it in video mode. Now it autofocuses.
