I’ve had my m50ii for about three years now and it has never given me any issues until now. I was on a shoot like any other day until the shutter closed, didn’t open back up. I turned it off and on again after some time because I thought the cold weather got to the battery.
But after it turned back on, I realized I had a deeper issue. The camera did in fact turn back on, it would even run autofocus. The only issue was that the shutter just would not fire. I don’t know how else to explain it but it was just not taking the picture even though everything else seemed fine.
I’ve tried everything: replacing the battery, switching out lenses, SD cards, enabled the touch screen shutter, and even reset the camera. Nothing works.
I absolutely love this camera and all the lenses I’ve accumulated for it over the years and don’t want to get rid of it. Has anyone experienced a similar issue, if so, how did you fix it?

Do you have any accessories attached or connected to the camera? Disconnect them.
Try using the camera in Green[A-+] mode.

I have no attachments on the camera, I’ve tried all 6 lenses I have for it, I put it in auto mode and still nothing.
