I have a Canon EOS R6. It has already been serviced in April for an error message. NOW it will not turn off and continues to operate even after doing recommended factory camera reset. HELP PLEASE.

I would suggest contacting Canon Tech support on this one, especially if the camera is under a warranty. if you are in the US call 800-OK-CANON.
