Canon R6 digiscoping with Swarovski Spotting Scope

I have recently bought the APO43 for my Swarovski ATX 95. I am getting a good picture through my viewfinder but nothing on my screen and am unable to take a photo. What settings do i need for my R6 setup?

There is a setting in the camera that “Enable Shutter Release w/o Lens.”

I would take photos only using in Av or M modes with a fully manual lens.
