Canon R1 Register/recall AF-related settings

 I have inadverdently set all 6 settings in Register/recall.  QUESTION  How do you delete/erase or change these settings I have searched and can not find an answer.

You can re-use a registered setting and simply register it again to re-use it with different AF settings. Alternatively if you choose a setting then remove all the check marks from the left column does that render the preset effectively unused?

Last ditch method is to rest the camera using the individual settings and choose the AF option
