I have a Canon M6 mark II i want to use in the studio.
i've connected an external flash trigger to the camera in order to operate the large flash units.
Set the mode to manual with the F, T and ISO at the desired values.
ofcourse now the backend screen is black as there is no flash going on.
Is there a wat to have the screen NOT represent the M settings but something else so i can composite the shot?

Go into the menu and set Exposure Simulation to disable.
The screen will be bright regardless of the selected aperture and shutter
