Canon EOS M6 shutter button AF problem

Hello everybody!

I'm Manos from Greece and i have an EOS M6 (Great camera!)

Today, suddenly, when i half press the shutter button to lock focus the camera do not operate as usual. When i half press the shutter button to focus, immediately takes the shot! I just can hear the "beep" that focus and the shot has been taken!

So i can't see if it focus correctly or if it focus at all.

Any ideas?

I suggest that you get your camera professionally inspected by your local Canon service center.

The problem solved after disconnect the battery for a few minutes and connect it again!

about 1 minute of power off and pull battery.  on/off by itself does not work.
