Canon EOS M50 Mk 2 does not find my internet adress

Hello, recently I've gotten a canon eos m50 mark ii and I cannot connect it to the internet, i've tried everything but it just does not find my internet connection (my ISP is Digi RCS-RDS, I am from Romania). I've even tried putting the connection manually but it does not work.

What are you trying to achieve?  The camera is not fully “networkable.”  The built-in Wi-Fi uses the technology to extend the range and speed of Bluetooth.  It requires the use of a dedicated application on the device with which you are connecting.  For example, Canon Connect.

I am saying that when I want to connect my camera to my PC (when I click on the EOS Utility thing), I can change the internet (so that I am not connected to the camera's network) and when I am trying to connect to WI-FI, I can't find my internet, surprisingly enough, somehow it detects the hotspot from my Phone.
