It would be best to clear the camera's network settings and re-create a new setup. Same for the app/application (clear its settings and start anew).

I TRIED. It says I need a password. Then I created a new account to my own email and it says that is does not recognize my device.(camera) or the Camera Wifi

Are you speaking about the camera itself or the software? Or both?
You should be able to clear out the Wi-Fi settings on the camera. Refer to page 115 of the special Wireless Function User Manual.
In terms of the software, perhaps it would be best to do a complete uninstall. Then re-install it fresh. What computer and operating system are you using?
