Regarding the canon 70d, would i be able to run off a external battery bank like this? If i can, what cord would i need? Thanks!

Greetings ,
The 70D does not support power delivery via USB-C. However, it can be powered with a LP-E6 dummy battery and adapter. For the 70D, I think you need PD with at least 30w. 9v 3A. Not all PDs are created equally and some may not output enough power depending on the connection you're using. Example USB-A, USB-C. I've seen a bunch of third-party adapters with a USB-C connector. Make sure you buy a good quality PD. Don't skimp you get what you pay for. 😉
