Canon 6D without SD Card

Hi guys!

I was wondering if it's possible to shoot the 6D with no sd card, just connected to an android phone via wifi.

Will the raw files be saved in the phone?

I am not a tech nerd but I doubt that is possible.

Some wifi apps won't let you transfer RAWs because of the bandwidth involved.

At the moment Canon's wifi app doesn't support raw file transfer to Android (but to iOS). Other apps for Android support raw file transfer to Android.
About your SD card question I would say no. Canon's Camera connect doesn't work without a card. I tried.
