Canon 60D error 70 when sensor auto cleaning is enabled

I have a problem with my Canon 60D. When sensor auto cleaning is enabled camera shows error 70,also with "clean now" camera restarts and error 70 If auto cleaning if disabled all operating normally. What's wrong with my camera - mehanical or software error? Thanks in advance.
